By accessing this website or engaging with Sanyam Yarns Pvt. Ltd. ("Sanyam Yarns", "we", "our", or "us") for any business purpose, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Products & Specifications
All product descriptions, counts, specifications, and images on our website are provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in shade, count tolerance, or weight may occur within industry-accepted standards.
- Specifications mentioned are indicative; final technical data sheets are shared upon confirmed inquiry.
- Colour representations on screen may vary from actual dyed yarn shades due to monitor calibration.
- Custom yarn development terms are governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Orders & Quotations
Enquiries submitted through our website or communicated via email/phone are treated as non-binding expressions of interest. An order is confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) from the buyer.
- Written order confirmation issued by Sanyam Yarns.
- Advance payment or agreed credit terms being met.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to raw material price fluctuations.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise for export orders. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST, freight, and insurance unless expressly included in the quotation.
- Payment terms are as agreed in the order confirmation or trade agreement.
- Delayed payments may attract interest as per applicable commercial terms.
- We reserve the right to revise prices for repeat or new orders based on market conditions.
5. Delivery & Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on production scheduling, raw material availability, and logistics. Sanyam Yarns shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
- Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Quality & Returns
Our yarns are dispatched only after passing lot-wise quality checks. Claims for quality defects must be raised within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by samples and a detailed description of the issue.
- Returns are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects confirmed by our quality team.
- Returns will not be accepted for yarns that have been processed, dyed, or used by the buyer.
- Approved returns will be exchanged or credited at our discretion; cash refunds require written agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Sanyam Yarns name, logo, product photography, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Sanyam Yarns Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanyam Yarns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or production downtime.
Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings.
10. Amendments
Sanyam Yarns reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
